Yesterday I came home late, I entered the bedroom and on the wall it was written in blood "stop! forget." This morning there were pigeons shitting out promotional flyers for Tiziano Ferro. For a week now, whenever I dream, there's a commercial break between dreams that promotes his new CD. When I validate my bus ticket, instead of a beep, a high note from Tiziano Ferro comes out. Will I be able to avoid buying his CD, shredding it, turning it into powder, and snorting all the plastic it’s made of? Who knows...

Slash has performed stunning solos in countless songs: Coma, November Rain, Sweet Child O' Mine, Night Train, Double Talkin' Jive, Estranged (chilling), One in a Million, Civil War, Anything Goes (the piece with the talk box is grand), Serial Killer (with Snakepit, a chilling solo piece, almost baroque in taste). In the realm of hard rock, he has undoubtedly been one of the best of all time, transitioning from the violent bursts of Appetite to the fuller, more mature sound of Use Your Illusion. Hated for the sole aggravation of being endorsed by those who don't know shit about music and by the media. His merits are objective, regardless of personal taste. You can love him or hate him.

The review isn’t bad, but this latest album is being hyped by all the mainstream media, including news broadcasts, which literally annoys me. Just like a launch single like "stop! forget," an abhorrent little song aimed at cashing in among teenagers. After hearing it, I’m not sure if I’ll be very eager to listen to the rest of the album.
