One of the artists always in the spotlight comes out with this album.
Eminem (Marshall Mathers) after various controversial albums, in parliament, at the neighbor's house, among friends, wants to touch our hearts with the musical quality (very high) and his rapping that has always accustomed us to be more and more surprised!
His voice, delicate and aggressive when needed, very well conveys the message he wants to give, as in "Mockingbird", where he talks about the difficult moments (which are not few, sometimes reminding of the Italian Marcietto or Fibra!) and talks about the relationship with his daughter whom he loves very much (her face is tattooed on his right arm) and the relationship with his wife whom he ultimately loves.
The listener doesn't tire of "consuming" this CD, so I decide to continue and reach "Like Toy Soldiers" where Eminem denounces WAR, in general, and also the one in IRAQ, a beautiful video, and the song (which, like the entire album, winks at commercialism) raises the level of potentiality of the base and the metric provided by Eminem, continuing, we find "Evil Deeds" and here is disappointment, the subject is the usual of the previous albums: Kim, Mom.
The Italian Fibra is much like Eminem, from the fact that both are misogynistic, lovers of machismo!! This fact makes this artist ridiculous! "Never Enough" is an astronomical disappointment, an insignificant song and VERY CLUB-ORIENTED, not surprisingly, 50 Cent arrives with his rap, which I would say is from "CABARET" along with that other fool Nate Dog. "Yellow Brick Road" features a compelling rhythm that pumps through the speakers until it explodes and makes you realize it's time to turn it down or grandma will get mad! "Mosh" is a sad and dark track that reminds of the early Eminem.
All in all, a pleasant and enjoyable album, which I think hasn't disappointed the fans (I am a former fan!) it still remains one of the artists who have marked music, even though those to be praised should be NAS, KRS-ONE, JAY-Z, and many others and not artists like 50 Cent and other clowns who ruin rap with their nonsense: CADILLACS, WHORES, BIG CHAINS, DIAMONDS, etc.
Peace.
The thing that impressed me the most is the high quality of the music.
"Like Toy Soldiers" impresses a lot with its beautiful intro and compelling rhythm.
The lyrics, obviously aimed at social themes, reach poetic moments in pure high-level hip hop style and irony is emphasized by danceable and refined rhythms.
"Just Lose It" demonstrates this ease in creating truly captivating melodies.
"Encore is certainly a completely different product compared to previous works, but not for that reason inferior."
"Mockingbird is undoubtedly the best of the album and one of Eminem’s best ever."
Lost among the rivers of drugs and medication, Eminem has no more ideas.
With this album, Eminem’s magical moment and great creative streak definitely ended.
