The vocal lines that refer to Californian punk-pop, I meant to say.

I don't really like Sum 41. In this album, there are several references to metal, but it seems more like quoting (almost plagiarizing) than wanting to express something about a different genre. And then this record starts to get tiring after the first 6 or 7 songs. I just can't stand the vocal lines (which are inspired by punk). And the review isn't any better.

Never heard of metalheads who have this stuff. But it's funny.

You are right and they are right. And if they are good, they are even more right. This page is right.

You really captured the idea. Beautiful description of the sound wall.
Maurice Ravel Bolero

Without a doubt, Ravel's most famous composition, for its simplicity and immediacy. However, I really believe it lasts more than eight minutes (almost double, it seems to me). This should be a starting point to discover other, more worthy works by Ravel.

Very nice example of Beethoven, as a testament that geniuses often master different registers while keeping their unmistakable style recognizable. Thank you for writing.

We're really in a bad place here. I mean, if someone who trashes Take That is called a snob, it means there's something wrong. This isn't a snob site; it's a site for music lovers, and it's perfectly reasonable that faced with reviews trying to find meaning and qualities in music made to rip off 15-year-olds (and apparently also 24-year-olds), these derogatory comments arise. Ale82, maybe your place isn't here but on the Take That fansite or some other polished puppet meant to make dumb, ignorant girls swoon. I’ve been intentionally offensive and rude, but honestly, I’m fed up with certain comments in a forum that’s supposed to be about real music. You can listen to whatever the hell you want, but don’t pass it off as serious music, at least not this.
