Pall Jenkins is Pall A. Jenkins, or at most Paulo Zappoli, in his Black Heart Procession style :) The BHPs have little to do with it (maybe "Happiness in Your Face" a bit), this album is much more intimate and lo-fi. It also kind of reminds me of an artist from Northern Italy who only plays in his room, but I can't remember the name...
