Yes, maybe in April I'll go see him too, I think he should be coming back to Italy.. Certainly one of the greatest artists of the century. I also believe that Shine On shouldn't be played by him, since that's mostly Gilmour's song, because of the stunning guitar parts. Beautiful review.

Beautiful review. There's little to say about Yes; until 1974 with Relayer, they were among the champions of progressive rock, but then they started to fade away like many other prog bands. This album is very interesting, containing many ideas worthy of the band's fame, but to say that it's unripe is an understatement... The true Yes, in my opinion, was born with the arrival of Steve Howe.

The fact is that in my opinion he hasn't managed to reinvent himself over time as an artist, fundamentally because he isn't one. He made history with the Sabbath, but on his own, he's always been terrible. I'm sorry because I find him really likable, but we have to be objective.

I honestly find that SFAM is well made, certainly not at the level of the aforementioned works, but still well done (aside from a bit of excess verbosity in some songs). I really liked the narrative technique through memory flashes and also the final twist.

Let's put it this way: I really like the lyrics on a formal and exquisitely aesthetic level; the overall plot doesn't excite me, but it's true that it's a truly audacious album in every sense.
