1) I didn't say slow AND THAT'S IT: I said slow but sounding decent. 2) I didn't talk about standard picking: I say that you need to have control over every single note you play, and someone who picks from the forearm DOESN'T have control over the notes they play, they just create a big mess. That's how I see it.
