"Evil Woman" track inside?!?!?!?! okay, it's a cover, but it's played wonderfully, for me it's one of the tracks that makes this album worth listening to! I don’t like the term "song" for this kind of Music, at least I never use it... I either use "track," "piece," or "tune," I find them more appropriate...
The Beatles White Album
Voto:
For me, the best of the Beatles! Followed closely by "Abbey Road"!!! All the tracks are beautiful, especially "Sexy Sadie"! And there’s no filler (which you find in every double album). Finally, I received it as a gift just the other day...!!! "Helter Skelter" was inspired by The Who! Paul had heard some tracks by Daltrey & Co. and was inspired by The Who to write "Helter Skelter." Then; as someone rightly said, there were already bands doing that hard sound... the Beatles (and I say this as a fan) didn't invent anything; genres aren't invented, they are "formed" from various combinations of other musical styles. At this point, if we can say who invented a genre and who another, we’ll know who invented Progressive Rock! which is a genre with various branches and different styles... Finally, I’d like to say that the Beatles, since they were "up there" and had the chance to absorb various underground sounds, besides being good at reinterpreting them in their own personal way, their experiments were also accepted simply because they were the Beatles! Those who want to understand, understand... Rating: 3.5...

In the review, you don't mention Keith Emerson, composer of the soundtrack!!! I agree with what is said in the review! I actually don't mind "Inferno" at all!

Le Orme Smogmagica
Voto:
Very nice record! The review is the almost perfect description of the album; at certain moments, it felt like I was listening to it!!! In my opinion, there’s no need to wonder how Le Orme would have been if... Le Orme are what they are... giants of Italian Music along with other more famous and less famous Prog groups... I can’t find a dead spot in their career... not even the self-titled album from 1990, which is the most blatantly POP and cheesy!!! At this point, "Smogmagica" is a case apart; it’s not even a transitional album, unlike the previous "Contrappunti"... it’s also true that "Smogmagica" is not a Prog album; not even a track like "Laserium Floyd" can be classified as Prog! Let’s remember that it was conceived in California, and thus in America, where Prog has never been highly regarded. This is a Hard Rock, Blues album with ideas that can't be labeled! Valid examples of this are "Los Angeles" - "Ora o Mai Più" (of which I never would have imagined that in the end it describes a car accident, after 15 years of listening to this record! Thank you Nonsoloprog!!!) - "Amanti Di Città" (for many the dead point of the album, for me the exact opposite) and "L'uomo Del Pianino". Then, this album features the Italian guitarist (who, among other things, was awarded by Hendrix's father as the best guitarist to have participated in the "Jimi Hendrix Award"...!!! excuse me if that’s not impressive!!!) Tolo Marton, whom attentive listeners have noticed, with his Electric Guitar, creates a backdrop for Pagliuca's keyboards. In short, great review and more than good album! Until next time!!!

Without a doubt, a beautiful album (I like any album by Le Orme, even those from the '80s!), with fabulous tracks like "L'infinito" - "Si Puo' Immaginare" - "Shanti" and "La Voce Del Silenzio"; but still, "Elementi" and "Il Fiume" are a step above. Rating for the album and the review (great choice, I agree on everything!) 4!!!
Paul McCartney Memory Almost Full
Voto:
Great review, well written! But I don't agree at all! With "Memory Almost Full," Paul has made a fantastic comeback!!! For me, there's very little that is trivial and superfluous (as someone has already said); there are pieces and musical solutions that are nothing short of surprising, even if (as the good reviewer said) with a bit more care and preparation, they would have been magnificent. I've been listening to this new McCartney album for three days in a row, and I have to say the more I listen to it, the more I like it! To give this album a 4, just look at what the current music scene has to offer. So I give 4 to this record, not because of the name of its composer (also because I've always said that the previous album "Chaos And Creation In The Backyard" wasn't the greatest, at least for me...), but for the breath of fresh air it has brought to my ears and for its evident superiority to contemporary productions at the time of its release.

Very personal rec, highlighting your emotions; and that's a beautiful thing…! It's a shame that the writing style holds it back a bit… I own the vinyl of the first one from 1973, by the way, the soundtrack of "The Exorcist"!!! Great Odfield!!!

Very interesting, if they have something from Floyd and Hawkwind, with that Hard Rock intertwining, I can only imagine it should be amazing!
