Rec sufficient. A group that for now I only know by name unfortunately...

The rec is sufficient, Dave, but I understand your intent... I don't know the album, I'll fill this gap...
Robert Wyatt The End Of An Ear
Voto:
Beautiful Rec... I think it deserves to be in the other column. I haven't listened to the album, but as far as I know Wyatt, I'm sure we can expect something extraordinary! But does one of the Sinclair brothers from Caravan play on this album? Right?
Coverdale Page Coverdale Page

Beautiful tec Green. I didn't know that Page and Coverdale had joined forces for a group, and as a result, I wasn't aware of the album...

The best album in my opinion after the "White Album"... You started the review off great, then you got lost saying that "Oh! Darling" is sung by John when in fact it's Paul, and then saying that "The End" anticipated Punk is an exaggeration. The proto-punk Beatles made "Helter Skelter," which in turn was inspired by The Who (the real pioneers of Punk, along with the Troggs and the very early Kinks...) Also, you didn’t mention the ONLY solo by Ringo Starr in "The End"! Finally, comparing it to Green Day (which is crap) was a slap in the face to the Fab... 3.5 for the review due to the enthusiasm that can still be felt.

"the Clash", the nickname doesn't sound like someone who listens to Prog... :))) even though I don't mind the Clash... Anyway, great rec!!! Some time ago I absolutely wanted to buy a PFM album, and before me lay a crossroads: "Storia Di Un Minuto" or "Per Un Amico"? while holding the two CDs in my hands... since I had already listened to both albums, even though "Storia Di Un Minuto" had "Impressioni Di Settembre", "E' Festa" and "La Carrozza Di Hans", I chose "Per Un Amico" for its hidden simplicity and beauty accompanied by a perfect sound...
Lucio Battisti Fiori Rosa Fiori Di Pesco

The song is very beautiful, just like all the tracks by Battisti from the '60s, '70s, and early '80s; after that, he kind of lost his way... The rec... dunno...

In my opinion, this review was intentionally made to provoke what eventually happened. 1: there were already about ten of them... 2: a user rightly pointed out that the record was recorded in 1966 and released in 1967, while the reviewer talks about 1968, a crucial year for history and the student movement... 3: it is not true that Lou Reed and co.'s idea is pessimistic; at least it doesn't seem that way to me... "Sunday Morning," for example, has a cheerful little tune... but this is relative, because just because a piece has a cheerful melody, it doesn't mean the lyrics are cheerful too... then the reviewer went on to argue that only, ATTENTION, about what the lyrics could mean, considering that the group comes from the lower depths of New York and not from San Francisco, the Mecca of the Hippie movement... then there’s more: he attacked Jim Morrison, saying that what Lou Reed did was more "right," meaning taking heroin... when Jim also took it and not just that; Jim mixed smoking, beer, and heroin... which is a bit worse...

I think like Dave: in this writing there's too much pessimism... it's okay to dream sometimes, to make oneself and others feel better, and certainly neither the Mulino Bianco family nor the Boccasana family did that... however, it’s well written...
