"...extreme in terms of speed, power, noise, conciseness. I drew a parallel between punk/hc and hard'n'heavy bringing in Motorhead, because if you think about it, back in '79, Motorhead represented the most extreme metal that had been heard up to that point, just as the Germs were the most extreme punk band until then. Not by chance, Germs and Motorhead inspired hardcore and thrash metal respectively, which are the two radical evolutions that garage-punk and hard-rock (and metal) from the '70s would have in the following decade." And damn, I like you like this! It's a whole different thing! Well, in elementary school, that strict Italian teacher would have told your parents that "he's an intelligent boy but doesn't apply himself"!!! EXTREME!

1) There are plenty of synonyms for the word "extreme," and with the Germs, you were always safe. 2) To say that (GI) is the "definitive" work of the '70s is like saying Nutella is the best chocolate! 3) To mention the Germs in '79 as the most extreme rock band on the planet, alongside the English Motorhead (yes, them!), seems to me a blunder driven more by enthusiasm than by a careful historical retrospective. What do you mean by "extreme"? Did you just say "extreme"? Go back to point 1! 4) What the hell am I writing? Your review fits in there. You know why? It's extreme.

…this review definitely needs to be "dubbed"! Talking about people like this, in 4 miserable lines that say (?) everything-you-want except about the album, is an affront to (many of) us and them!
