One of the most (tragi)comic things in recent Italian political history...
P.S.: Apart from the fact that deciding to ban the car FOR AN ENTIRE PROVINCE seems to me at least an act of megalomania and disrespect for the citizen, voter or not (were the citizens asked if they want to join this initiative? Come on... and then these people spend entire legislatures calling others "communists"...), under the entry "other" can I write "I'M GOING TO MIND MY OWN BUSINESS, WHEREVER I WANT, BECAUSE IT'S SUNDAY, AND IT'S ALSO THE FIRST SUNDAY OF SPRING"?
... [ and the "definitive" triple album has just come out from the unfortunately just (dis)banded (in their anger) McLusky, with A sides, B sides and unreleased tracks, to listen to while driving through the country roads with the window down ]?
