Queen Queen II
Queen Queen II

However, in historical analyses, he holds his ground. At least, he goes deeper than many superficial reviewers. I agree with the ratings of 4 for the Queen albums from the 80s, but he really undervalued Queen and Queen II. Anyway, the ratings are relative; they matter little. It’s more interesting to pay attention to what he says. He must have reviewed 96,574,893 albums in his life, so some inconsistencies in the ratings are also justified.

The album is not the masterpiece that many claim it to be... clever, that's the right adjective. A few great songs in here, the rest is engaging and well-played music, but it's a different band compared to the Syd days, which were truly genius. Of course, Killgod could have spared himself this embarrassing review... metal isn't the only genre, my friend!

Masterpiece. What comes after will not even come close to this.

Eros Ramazzotti will move you just as much as the entire discography of the DT, if you only know Eros Ramazzotti. The moment you venture out a bit and get to know more dignified artists and bands, Eros will no longer make you feel anything, unless you listen to him a few more times for "affectionate" reasons or specific memories. In that sense, the emotion has culturally intrinsic characteristics. But it ends where emotional ties begin. I could still listen to "Radio Ga Ga" (just to keep massacring my beloved Queen a bit more), but with a very different approach than before. Then again, Eros has also made some melodically catchy tunes! :)

Well, emotions cannot be categorized into superior and profound emotions and inferior and flat ones.

Yes, Ashanti, but you probably don't appreciate this CD because in general you don't like progressive music, not because you agree with Easycure's criticisms... Maybe you also find Yes, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Rush, Genesis, Camel, etc. annoying... and then the discussion is different, right? Or, like Easy, does prog metal make you nauseous instead?
Vasco Rossi Ma cosa vuoi che sia una canzone

But damn it, for once that poor Vasco comes out with a decent album, can’t we give him a passing grade, huh!? Compared to the dried-up shit that will come after...
