GREAT SCARY! I had been thinking for a while about writing a review of some album featuring the good Rudy, to give him a bit of justice. I considered the latest one from Dead Man Ray, but it didn't hold my interest for long. Also Kiss My Jazz... who knows... All the album covers of the bands mentioned in Scary's review are illustrations by Rudy Trouvè (except of course for "The Ideal Crash" by dEUS), who seems to find the time to paint in between bands. For anyone interested in the Antwerp music scene, I recommend the website linked in the review. It’s the clearest and most detailed.

For me too, more Sebadoh than Dinosaur Jr. I've always preferred that egocentric pain in the ass Lou Barlow and all his bands and collaborations over J Mascis. However, I didn't know about this soundtrack. Well done Easy, always spot on. The two movies seem interesting :)))
