Wow... this would definitely catch me off guard...

Not even on a coroner's report of a corpse can they be so succinct.
Blur Blur Present: The Special Collectors Edition

Four stars are too many for Blur... between 2 and 3. A skinny review from an Ansa news piece with no heart or passion and no insights... just the tidbit about the Japanese edition, but in my opinion, it's not enough.

The solution. The participating co-reviewers were: Lewis Tollani, CeCe65, Odradek, Hal, JohnOfPatmos, Symbad_bassist, and Enkrist.

KiArAvril: once again you show, in addition to being a really Huge Rude Person, a very low level of open-mindedness and flexibility. All of this is worsened by an extremely low ability to handle a discussion and a confrontation. Take care of yourself (and I mean it seriously)...

I don't find it difficult at all to listen to it in its entirety. It's a beautiful, pleasant album with some very interesting passages; its only "limit," if anything, is that it's very short (about 30 minutes or so)...great recommendation.

I found it interesting and bold as well, full of mixes and blends of genres that are quite significant. In the end, a bit complex and pretentious, but I remember it as a nice album. I only have it on cassette and haven’t listened to it in at least 5 years... but you’ve given me a great idea!

There is NO "cover" with breasts... it's just a mistake by the reviewer, I guess. By the way, A) those breasts are drawn in a cartoonish style directly by the singer, so NOT realistic B) they depict a row of women coming from Auschwitz or thereabouts C) they are as exciting as a mozzarella in carrozza at midnight and zero-one.
Better the original cover :-))))

However, the title MIODIO is nice with this double meaning depending on the context, right?

I don't understand all this reluctance towards a "style exercise" that isn't even that innovative since it has been done a lot from Pirandello to Brecht to Burroughs. Taking pieces out of context could, like a modern Frankenstein, give new life to something that, for certain aspects, resembles the original even though it didn't mean very much or anything at all. It's like giving a New Meaning to this Creature without being able to define it as "alive." Upon a second reading, my intention was an invitation not to be dazzled by the refined and educated WAYS of certain quotations (I WAS NOT TALKING ABOUT YOUR REVIEWS, where the pieces, RIGHTLY contextualized, did indeed have meaning)...
That's all.
The purpose of the operation wasn't to UNDERMINE the valid reviewers on the site, but rather an invitation not to get carried away by too many outlandish flights of fancy that are often meaningless (of which my provocation was a part). I would have preferred perhaps a discussion on FORM and CONTENT from the more enlightened folks here or about TALKING ABOUT MUSIC and the difficulty of often describing certain sensations (Have you ever had this feeling?) but unfortunately, it wasn't like that. Oh well... do you think I've tried too hard? Okay... I hope we'll have other chances; if not... tough luck!
