Between your 4/5 and my 3/5, I don't see an abyss... I don't understand this crucifixion. I didn't say "they're crappy." If for you, a 4 means "a really great CD," my 3 doesn't mean "a piece of shit." It means "nice, but..." Listening to it again recently, I realize I was absolutely right. Nice, but... Well, de gustibus.

Turkish, I agree on the 2 balls just like they made us. I also agree on Viva Hate: Angel, angel, don't take your life tonight....

The most beautiful comment came from John Frusciante: "Never heard it." Indeed, an album written with the bass and otherwise absolutely insignificant, inaudible. The best thing is "Pea." Dave Navarro just didn't fit at all. I had been waiting for it for a long time, but what a disappointment.....

For Cleo: I like this album less than Gentleman. The last song (the title isn't listed on the cover but it's Miles Iz death) is a masterpiece. After Gentleman, I definitely recommend Black Love by them. If someone wants to complete the collection, I would also get 1965, a beautiful "Crazy" that starts like Looser by Beck or like Perfect Day by PJ Harvey. Oh, how excited I get when I talk about them...

Personally, I repeat, personally (puts down the stone) I have divided the work of PJ into three strands: Ten+VS, Vitalogy+No Code+Yield, Binaural+Riot Act. No Code is in that strange period where they also played with Neil Young, which didn’t really excite me. The last period for me has been a rebirth. I tried to listen to their albums without "impositions." I noticed that, instinctively, I was seeking albums from the first and third strands, neglecting the second. I didn’t ask myself why. With PJ, it’s better not to do that.

For me, anyway, it has nothing to do with grunge!
