a very respectable position, of course. I, personally, have loved "once upon a time" and the previous single (of course "dont'you") so much that I can't help but be, in my own way, a fundamentalist of that period... but perhaps my judgment is generational (you know, I was young, starting to play music and meet girls... things that in some -huge- way shape you......)

Yes, I’ll join in too: try them all, listen to them closely and multiple times, then step into the infinite arena of preferences...

Keira, I don't want to be mistaken, but she wasn't famous yet and she was one of Padme's handmaidens. Urgent confirmation needed...!

I repeat, for the editors: it would be necessary to separate (if not the better and the "lesser," as before...) the reviews from the "recommendations," since this one, like many others, in my opinion cannot be defined as a review. Coming to the film, it is enjoyable overall, even if it's excessively "clean" and has some truly unbearable "fantasy" characters. Nonetheless, the gap between the new and the old trilogy is nothing short of Atlantic (in favor, of course, of the old one).
Nanni Moretti La Stanza Del Figlio

on the Caimano I completely agree with Hal, which I endorse word for word. As for La Stanza, however, I find the review too concise, and I wouldn't be so sure of the objectively unique and apparent interpretation. Are we absolutely certain that for a metaphorical and imaginative director like Nanni, the Son is always and only... the son?! I wouldn't bet on it. Moretti's (absolute) greatness lies precisely in the fact that he remains the only one not to produce superficial works with the one easy (and relaxing) interpretation. In this, he is the true heir to Fellini.

stunning film, in many ways overturning and "Jewishly" very provocative (it has garnered many sympathies "at home"...). Exalted film, that was unnecessary to redo in the good "Match Point" (a fact that, for some reason, too few highlight).

God, happy, how you've struck my heart...!!!! the immense Jesus, also known as Jess, and the wonderful Soledad... But how sublime and immense was this distant relative of our great Fulci? Brevo, bravo, a tremendous mention and truly for the few (of the many of his that I've seen, anyway, it's the best).

I think exactly the opposite of roby86 (who, if the name hints at the date of birth, knows very little about the eighties... if not the clichés relayed by others): the absolute best album by the simple minds, the perfect compositional/interpretative synthesis, is indeed "once upon a time". There, they were truly on the same level as U2, and the battle was even. With this latest product, they return to quite high levels, making an homage, but in an honest and productive manner (not useless), moreover with an excellent sound (it’s an album that truly "sounds" fantastic). @the author: take the advice of an old man (of DeB and in general), do not review the complete works of your idols only to then disappear from these pages; it’s a sterile operation that in the long run won’t bring you satisfaction (at least, this is my very modest opinion... then obviously do what you like, of course).
