Harmless record, today just as it was back then.

I only remember that he got beaten up (centuries ago) by Pau from Negrita for "differences of opinion" regarding a negative review he wrote about the band. Other than that, I don't follow him.

I agree with the reviewer. A, in my opinion, utterly forgettable film and, for reasons I can’t explain (just my opinion), inexplicably awarded at Cannes and the Academy Awards. I probably don’t understand much about cinema either.

The sound of Wilco has become normalized for years, and considering the verbosity that Jeff Tweedy has embraced (solo albums, too many Wilco albums, autobiographies...), I've kept my distance. As in several previous albums, Tweedy and company manage to blend truly captivating tracks (Infinite Surprise, A Bowl and A Pudding, or Pittsburgh) with songs that I honestly don't understand how they ended up on the album (Soldier Child mostly, but also Evicted or the concluding Meant to Be). I expected a more daring and less workmanlike effort. Nonetheless, they still put on a great show live.

Bought sight unseen. The second part of the album is better than the first. I can't wait to see her live, in about a month.

Following their discography chronologically, this is their last album to take home. What they did afterward is just for fans (including myself).
