There was a guy in class who listened to Slipknot, and he strutted around claiming to listen to the most extreme music in the world. I played him Behexen. He started crying. I don't understand how you can listen to a band that oozes commercialism from every pore like this one. It's really disgusting...worse: it's a shame.

Unheard... in my opinion, a socially conscious combat metal that's only good for making fifteen-year-olds feel alternative. I had Chaos A.D. and also Arise. The latter remained in a corner gathering dust until I found a fool willing to buy it; as for Chaos A.D., I held onto it a little longer until I realized that the seven euros I needed to buy "Infernal Battles" by Deathspell Omega were exactly what a store that buys used CDs would give me for this album... Sepultura vs Deathspell Omega... a rhetorical question. Try to write a bit more; whether the music is good or bad, there's always a lot to say...

I was there on the first day, for the Satyricon. Dimmu Borgir were supposed to be there too, but they were canceled two days prior. I also enjoyed seeing Opeth and all the trashy stuff (after a generous sedative in the form of ridiculously expensive beer). I have to say that maybe I would have stayed to experience Alice In Chains live, a fascinating band that I know very little about, but between Deftones and Korn, I could risk a violent attack of dysentery and I preferred to avoid it. If I had known, maybe we would have had time to meet. Such a pity.

What many don’t recognize is the technical expertise of this group of idiots. The drummer, Danny Folkitto, besides playing with prophilax also drums for Stormlord, a Roman speed black metal band. And in the scene, he has been nicknamed "Warmachine"...
