1) We're not talking about TOTAL exaggerations like TRL, but they play it on TV and radio, you can find them at festivals, etc., etc. If you take TRL, then there are just 4 groups. Already, if you go on TV even once a day, you can't be considered "emerging" or "underground," and that was the point. I was just pointing out that you didn't understand a damn thing about the discussion we were having, and that's that. 2) I have no hatred towards those who go on TV; I listen to millions of bands that don't, but out of that million of bands, I prefer RATM, who definitely appeared on TV. So, as usual, you didn't understand a damn thing about the discussion we were having. 3) NOW I START TO BELIEVE YOU'RE AN IMBECILE. Do you realize you're agreeing with me on the Queen thing? You claimed that the Queen were more famous than the Beatles, and there you go, you contradicted yourself, since my aunt, who was 14 in '64 and 24 in '74, has ALL the Beatles' vinyls. But, as you say, the Queen weren't known in Italy, so in the end, I was right, and the Beatles are a thousand and two hundred times more famous than the Queen. REALIZE HOW MUCH OF A FOOL YOU ARE, you're contradicting YOURSELF.

Yes, I saw them in a special on MTV. HOWEVER, I MUST SAY THAT PAVEMENT ARE VERY INDIE (in the sense of label/sales/advertising/radio-TV play) and that they shouldn't have been included in the list. I copied and pasted thinking I would only find television albums, since it was Vrensis's list. I missed one, but not the others.

But look, Ale was saying the stuff that doesn't make it on TV, and it seems to me that (copy-paste)/// Prodigy: Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned/ The Thrills: Let's Bottle Bohemia/ Jeff Buckley: Grace/ Mansun: Attack Of The Grey Lantern/ Belle And Sebastian: Tigermilk/ Queen: Sheer Heart Attack/ The Smiths: Hatful Of Hollow/ Charlotte Hatherley: Grey Will Fade/ The Streets: A Grand Don't Come For Free/ Travis: The Invisible Band/ Ash: Free All Angels/ Snow Patrol: Final Straw/ The Libertines: The Libertines/ Morrissey: You Are The Quarry/ Pavement: Brighten The Corners/ Ash: Meltdown/ Ash: 1977/ Ash: Nu-clear Sounds/ Pulp: Different Class/ Avril Lavigne: Under My Skin/// On TV it's been aired, sure they aren't chart-toppers, but the videos are shown. Vrensis, do you read all the comments before replying or just the final sentence?

The fact that my grandmother doesn’t know a damn thing, the fact that my grandmother doesn't listen to music, makes her the perfect example because it shows that the Beatles were so famous they became a phenomenon that goes beyond music. Look at the record sales, look at the specials dedicated to them on TV; the talent of a band is subjective, but popularity is measured in numbers, NUMBERS. There’s little room for personal opinions, NUMBERS. But do you really believe that Queen is more famous than the Beatles? Everyone who knows Queen also knows the Beatles, but not everyone who knows the Beatles knows Queen. The Beatles were extremely famous since '64/'65 and they still are, while Queen hit their peak in '84 (I’m talking numbers, not great albums, numbers). Where do you come from?

<< Iconographically, they were even superior to the Beatles. >> Dude, do you realize how outrageous that statement is? I prefer Queen over the Beatles, but to say such nonsense... if there's one band that is truly unbeatable iconographically, as you say, it's the Beatles... not that there were only a handful of people at Queen's live shows, but the Beatles were honestly more famous than God, like really. Even my grandma knows the Beatles; she doesn’t even know who the hell Queen is.

Come on, this is worldwide, Silent saying "grow up." The same Silent who did the Forum "Fottetevi Tutti!" because someone took his woman in ten seconds after he had worked for years on her. The same Silent who wrote 97 damn reviews to show how good he was, and they were all worse than the last one, the same Silent who writes 8-page illegible reviews just so no one can say anything to him because he’s written everything possible and imaginable. The same Silent who never gives a 5 because for him, a 5 in reviews has to be given with conscience... The same Silent... but says "grow up!" ... to Frantz, who’s getting a bit old and will soon be Grandpa ;) . Now I can die happy, I've seen it all. // Nice review, but I only know "Ci rìììììììììve-dia-mo ade-ssssò... after almost cììììììnque aàààànnìììì" but I have no idea which album it's from, what a shame, damn, what a shame!

Damn, the Tool fans are really getting on my nerves too, even though I’ve been following them since I was 13. Anyway, I don’t know what the APCs have to do with Tool, except for the singer's voice :)
