It’s always a pleasure to read your comments. I realize that Soul doesn’t have a good reputation in general and particularly around here, especially due to its current shortcomings. However, honestly, I find it wrong to completely overlook a genre that I still consider fundamental. The site has everything, including an abundance of genres that I find negligible. I don’t see how a bit of Black music every now and then could do any harm. Everyone is free to choose their own musical "diet," which I, like in a classic end-of-news TG2 segment, recommend to be rich and varied: down with monotypes.
I didn’t shout ā€œmiracle,ā€ but it’s a name in this field to keep an eye on, especially during these times, I can agree with you, of thin cows. A greeting to everyone, especially to the excellent Al, whose valuable advice I will follow.

The Punisher is clearly a form of entertainment, and I’m sure there are some base-Leghist intentions behind it—I hope for his sake. As a Neapolitan, I have a love-hate relationship with my city, and I don't think it's appropriate to make shabby sociological arguments about why and how a success like D'Alessio's can arise, which is clearly not just the result of the will of the "popolino" from Naples. I don't want to bring politics into it, but I believe that RaiMediaset bears more responsibility. Giorgio Bocca, who, unlike most men, has gained wisdom with old age, titled his latest book "Napoli siamo noi." I’m curious to read it, but I believe the concept is correct.

Evolution Revolution Love is a great track, but the album isn't bad either, even if it's a bit uneven: 4-

I am struck by enlightenment on the road to Illinoise. I believe I will never leave him alone on this titanic tour.

I'm just lounging here enjoying the show... a review that I would have gladly signed just as it is.

Perhaps because I know the true discomfort of these guys, meeting them almost daily; perhaps because my understanding of the lyrics makes me feel that their Hip Hop seems genuine to me, something much more complicated to assert for American slang; perhaps because, beyond some understandable naïveté, I feel there is some real "urban" talent, I’m going to stick up for the bros. :-) P.S. I've only listened to "Fuori di qua" and I prefer it to certain blaring American things.

What more can I add? I arrive after various Nobody, Black, and Massimif have already shared their thoughts, which I completely agree with, and I don’t want to be repetitive. I can only say that for some of us, who at that time were, alas, over ten years old, albums like Sade's not only represented a carefree and playful reaction after the "Lent" of punk, but also expressed a discomfort towards the triumph of electronic music that had prematurely bored us. A return "to order," to real instruments, to brass, to arrangements that we took as a breath of fresh air. I prefer the earlier work of Sade.

I don't know if she is the queen, but the talent and the sinuous movement are indeed gifts. Time will tell if the comparisons you make with the classics of the genre are exaggerated or not.
