I completely agree with the first part. I also find it hard to get into TV shows and sitcoms for the same reasons. This series is a little gem, often featuring highly refined nerd humor.

Hi Rax, I'm replying here: I believe the ending of 2001 is incredibly emotional, a journey that takes your breath away and, honestly, this movie (Batman) didn't leave me with any "emotions" at all. As for No Country for Old Men, I consider it one of the last great masterpieces of cinema. And I really can't compare it to Batman. The Coen film didn't particularly move me, but it is a tremendous "road movie," harsh, dark, with an unyielding and icy "angel of death." Fascinating and chilling. In Batman, I found nothing; I repeat, it is truly difficult for me to compare them.

In recent years, the trend has become "finding deep and hidden meanings in Marvel and DC comics"...for Christ's sake, it’s a movie about a guy dressed as a bat! AS A BAT! It’s an action film...and a boring one at that...I judge it solely on that! I don't want to be a jerk, but that line: "If there were another Hitler, would we accept to be defended by a man like Batman? Let me know" is ridiculous.
