Beautiful album, I’m very attached to it. When life kicks me in the butt, I too love listening to music like this, to sink down with the monsters, but gently. I recommend Sparklehorse, for me even more depressing than the Eels. A depressing that feels good.

I need to see it, so I’m waiting to read it. I’ve always found it enjoyable, even though it has started to wear on me; he is perhaps the most one-note director of all time (with a very personal style, mind you). Even Moonrise Kingdom had me giving a stretched-out pass, we’ll see.
