Great analysis. I already mentioned it in the other review, the film disappointed me a lot, and I found Samantha's voice (both in English and Italian) intrusive and very heavy. I really appreciated the soundtrack; otherwise, I expected something more unconventional from a director like Jonze.

A fun blockbuster that could have been something more, but crashes spectacularly in the last 10-15 minutes. A kind of Robocop meets Edward Scissorhands. A step up from the crap with Matt Damon. Still, District 9 remains on a much higher level.
