Robbie Williams Swing When You're Winning

Nice, good videos, I believe he does spectacular live shows... But let's be honest: when it comes to singing, he's pretty pitiful. Well, on a record, in post-production, anything can be done, even making a bass sound smooth, but the other night I stumbled upon one of his live performances on TV and, damn, it's a tragedy. As mentioned above: THERE'S more talent in many people who humble themselves on X Factor. A lot of charisma, sure, but singing and acting are two different things.

The review features many beautiful images, but they are somewhat poorly connected (no offense). Sometimes it becomes difficult to understand what you mean or even just to comprehend what's being written; here, for example: "Their sounds are very similar to those of the Seattle sound, but with the addition of elements that don’t spoil the poisoned drink." I didn't understand what the poisoned drink is (grunge? and why drink? Oh, I don't know English, it might very well be that the limitation is mine...). It seems to me that the foundations are there, but then it all gets a bit chaotic too quickly.
If I may offer a suggestion, after writing a review, let 24 hours pass before rereading it: with a "cool" mind, everything that jars in the writing stands out much more easily than after you've written, read, and reread your work for an hour. Well, I don't actually do this, and indeed every time I reread myself I think "damn, this sucks, it could have been so much better."
As for noir dessir, I have little to say: until ten years ago I thought they were terrible, now I might try to listen to them again. But there is so much of that stuff around to hear that I still haven't figured out if it’s worth returning to my old preferences only to discover that my tastes remain the same, or if I prefer to browse through dozens of new releases before finally finding something remotely listenable.

No teen, it’s just like that: when you’re dissatisfied, it means things are going great. You know how it is: you have a judgment capacity that would make a piece of granite bleed.

He came back the other day dropping a comment that I "quoted" above. As usual (there wouldn't even be a need to say it, I only do it because pissing you off amuses me) as usual you said the wrong thing. Your skills are now bordering on the divine...

Boris is not an artist: Boris is a band (damn good). If I may offer some advice: before writing a review, try to do your research and double-check all the information regarding the details of the album you're about to review. And ditch the track by track: it sucks. It’s not you who sucks, it’s him; it’s pretty much impossible to engage someone by reading them a shopping list. Talk about your emotions, your stories related to the album... tell us about yourself, because music is meant to be listened to.
Otherwise, welcome and congrats on your listens.
Keep writing and you’ll see that compliments will come for your reviews too.
Cheers!
ps: are you sure about the story of the two records to be played together? I’m sure drone/evil worked like that, but I’m not so sure about this one. But maybe I’m misremembering.
