I find it shameful that you still have the right to speak.

by the way, I have an entire collection of gambero rossu recipes on DVD where traditional dishes from every region are presented. For example (I'll pick three at random): Abruzzo and Molise - agnello cacio e uova, ragù di castrato... Sardinia - spaghetti with bottarga, panada di carne, zuppa quata della gallura, fregula stufata, malloreddus al pomodoro, pane frattau, sebadas... Maremma and Costa Toscana: caciucco, tagliatelle di castagne, tortelli maremmani, buglione di agnello, cinghiale in dolceforte, crostini neri, torta carrarina... Excuse me, but why should I turn to an Englishman and snub these recipes? I guess it will be the usual question that won’t get an answer.
