So (hoping I won't have to clarify anything anymore) @kosmo: my statement is as provocative as the claimed art of Kubota. I don't think Kubota would be upset by my comparison; someone who engages in performances like that, pure provocation, aims only for visibility and not for what people think of her; Matew Barney is another example (the Rio carnival with the porn star walking around with a hard-on and a potato in his ass, does anyone remember?). It may certainly be a narrow-minded point of view, and so what? Does it shock you so much that we have to engage in a ridiculous and pointless discussion like this? I repeat my thought: art is in the eyes of the beholder. Leave my narrow-mindedness to me; what do you care?

In conclusion, I still believe that art is like beauty: it's in the eyes of the beholder, and therefore we could end this discussion here that will never lead to anything, and keep our opinions.
