At the beginning, oh my, the first forty minutes are a wonderful medium-length film. After the professor's "revelation" about what the hell happened, the movie drags a little, and the ending is atrocious. The Borises with "pink" in the soundtrack are delightful. Dubbed, it loses 60% of its charm. The beginning, I repeat, is still magnificent and everyone, or almost everyone, should see it. Then I go back and read the review, still good for mentioning it here on the deb.

I've always imagined them like this: In the rehearsal room, acting like monkeys playing random heaviness. Then, just randomly, someone would roll a 20-sided die, and every time a six or a multiple of six came up, the guitarist had to instantly come up with a virtuosity made of speed and random notes. All under the sign of GROOOOWWWL UAASAARGH.
