Harry is a priest who sings about God, doing metal, trying to serve God as much as a blind dentist tries to get you through a toothache armed with a Black & Decker... poor guys, they really do bring good intentions, but they’re laughable, if not tragic. Burzum singing about Satan, trolls, forests, and wolves does art just like those artists who do colored enemas and then shit on canvases: it’s art that not everyone understands. And it’s ridiculous art. Of course, you might like it; everyone has their tastes.

Of all Burzum's production, only "Filosofem" is worth saving; the rest is cacophony. I also agree with those who say that a serious black metal musician looks like a fool. It's not about the music they propose, it’s that gnagnera is right: because a priest singing about God seems like a loser, while a thug singing about Satan doesn’t? They both make me laugh equally. "Rundgang um die transzendentale Säule der Singularität" anyway deserves a mention: Page not found | LinkCuts

" but honestly, Dream Theater, unlike them, have a much more metal sound" maybe, but I still believe it was invented by Queensrÿche and Fates Warning.

@vitols: you understood little not because of your limitation, but because there’s little to understand. Listen to them and you will understand. @odra: if it's not out of this world, I authorize you to throw black tomatoes at me.

"if not them, who invented progressive metal????" It seems to me that Queensrÿche and Fates Warning are a bit earlier. But half of Dream Theater fans don’t even know who Queensrÿche and Fates Warning are...
