Ha, the watered-down American remake is this: but it isn't stated to be a remake, so despite being more successful, it's a pretty shitty and infamous film. But it's entertaining, even though it ends like crap (that is, well).

The most appropriate quote about this film that I read said: there are directors who with every new work try to raise the bar of what can be shown. Visitor Q eliminates that bar.
I found it a bit too far, but precisely for that reason it kept me glued to my seat throughout. The American remake, in my opinion, is a better film; it completely or almost completely lacks the target of scandal but hits the mark much better when it comes to likability.

It's a visually stunning film that critiques the fashion world, where everything is image and the content is zero.
So the film is a feast for the eyes and the dialogues suck?
Seems consistent with the message of the work, right?
Then it would just take a quick look at the special features of OGF to know that it's a flawed film, far from a masterpiece and completed against all possible logic. That’s just aesthetics. This is not, not at all.
Then, well, the underlying message is quite worn out and cliché, but the characters are anonymous figures and the dialogues only eviscerate banality and cultural emptiness, which I would say are essential for creating the atmosphere of the film, as much as the Vogue-like photography.

The album is the least direct of their discography, and so far it's also the one I've liked the least (but I think I've listened to it less than three times). Once I bought directly from a small record label "Eyesofsound" and out of the two CDs I ordered, one actually arrived scratched. Anyway, even at the Ovo live show, I bought Adagio Furioso by Ronin only to discover at home that the CD couldn't be read by the player... I don’t know, I steal so much music that if she occasionally steals something from me, I tend to not care: At the Hate & Merda concert, I was so high that I tried to pay for a vinyl and a T-shirt with 10 euros instead of 20. After 10 minutes of arguing with the girl at the stall, I convinced myself I had only given ten instead of twenty. So I pulled out my wallet and gave her 20€. Another 10 minutes trying to convince myself to take back the ten euros I had given her earlier. Useless: I was so out of it that for me, at that moment, ten euros plus twenty euros made twenty euros. I left her a 10€ tip convinced that she was a bit bad at math. The next morning I woke up, counted the money in my pocket, and spent half the morning trying to figure out why I was missing 10 euros. Then I realized. I laughed. And who cares. Of course, if it had been 100, it would have been different. Sure, if the tip had gone instead of to Hate & Merda to some other figure in the venue (from the bartenders to the security personnel), it would have been different.
Another example: two years ago (or three, who knows), I treated myself for Christmas to the first triple album of Emancipator on sale directly from his site for 90€. The package arrived from America, I sent the money and wasn’t sure if I’d ever get something back. I received an email. Customs asked me for 30 euros. ... Out of 90 euros, 30 is 30% of the purchase value; I should have cursed. Instead, I thanked my lucky stars that perhaps those records would actually arrive sooner or later (2 months to be notified by customs, one month after paying customs... 3 months for 3 records...). Now, my policy remains to buy only from Amazon or at live shows (unless your favorite artist sells the last self-produced copies of two works that have been sold out for years; in that case, take a risk. Just know that if you buy from America, customs starts licking its lips as soon as you enter your PayPal code) but all this is to say that out of all the purchases you can make nowadays, music is the most fetishistic. You don't get ALMOST anything out of it. The most useful thing your money spent on it does is give the opportunity to whoever you like to continue doing what you love. You can experience music even without spending money. And here I've wrapped myself up, the crux of the matter is: either you're a collector, or you view your money spent on music as a gift to the artist, a kind of patronage. If you do receive something physical in return, great; if it doesn't arrive, no big deal, you've done a good deed for someone you thought was “worthy.” On top of all this could be the statement: "I saved for a month to buy that limited edition of the band of Sid Vicious’s brother,” and it arrived with the cover scratched and stained with sauce.” I understand, you’ve thrown your money away. You would have thrown it away even if it had arrived intact anyway; first calculate your expenses because, as is being said, the system isn’t 100% secure.
