Danny Boyle 127 Ore

I saw the trailer for this stuff and I never would have thought it was Boyle's. Not because Boyle is a great director (he's a decently good director, that’s true, but he’s never been great), not because he’s an honest director (already *The Beach* was a cute and winking little film. But above all, *The Millionaire* is smarter than *The Green Mile*). No, I would never have believed he made this because from the trailers it looks like one of those genre films like Buried or *Frozen*, or *Altitude*. In short, food movies. And that now Boyle is making these kinds of films to make money… oh my, I’ll go back to watching *28 Days Later*. PS: Then again, it's known that often trailers are just red herrings.

I understand they may have a lot of sentimental value... but 4 little balls seem a bit too much, don’t you think?

I've never liked them, I don't really know why, let's just say they've never told me a damn thing.

The Western isn't just old: the Western is dead, or rather, a certain type of Western is dead. The Western of Leone, the Spaghetti Western, is dead. It was buried by the very same Eastwood under the gravestone of "Unforgiven" in 1992. Since then, I’m not sure how much sense the genre makes in itself. I will definitely go see the new film by the Coen brothers, but not with too many expectations. Usually, those ruin everything. I liked the review, and I know my comment has nothing to do with the film in question. But I felt like saying it.

seagully, they (which is actually just one, so he) are highly recommended (so he is). Darkeve: I’m doing them for 25 (I don't know what). Decline: I tried to follow your advice, but the situation hasn’t improved much. Thanks anyway.

Here, and while I’m at it, I’ll also ask you for stuff that has nothing to do with it: untitled, you told me one day that I could ask you for recommendations on new bands: okay, I’d like something that sounds like Propellerheads (the band, not the software) and something like Rob Dougan. Thank you, fenomen_

Oh my god, what's that thing on the cover? A dick??? The proposal seems a bit too extreme, and I don’t know if I’ll ever listen to it, but it doesn’t matter, I’m still happily listening to global communication! By the way, have I already thanked you for introducing me to it? Keep it up untitled.

Am I the only one who prefers this to its studio version?
