Okay, I take your advice.. and let me know what you think about the CD.

I love Dusty... I also like her works from the '70s like "Cameo" and "Dusty with Love"... Watching her in the videos from that era, I see a strong resemblance to Mina in terms of gestures, but I'm almost convinced it was the tigre di Cremona who copied her... does anyone know how to unveil the mystery? Great review!

dear TELESPALLA thank you for the advice but I really don’t know if space is that limited. anyway, I’m ready to be "encrypted" if I overdo the posts. however, it seems to me that there is room for everyone.. regarding the quality of the review, I can agree with you even though you will never see me write long-winded essays.

I agree with you ZARBO, where it goes is a great album but this one is too..in any case, I made a point about availability..because to be honest, nowadays I would give top marks to House in the Weeds, a home recorded album released on the internet in 2001. See you soon..

It's a pity that such a heavy language is present both in the review and in the discussion (like: FregaNiente). I love the album, but it ages a bit poorly. I'm very attached to Neither Fish nor Flesh, which is underrated but worthy. P.S. Did you know that T.T.D./Sananda lives in Milan?

nothing to complain about.. but I would have given 5 "stars" for the courage and quality of the record.

This album is very beautiful, yet the least "concept" of all those that Sinead has released. This is due to a somewhat forced construction that puts the listener to the test. For years, I considered it Sinead's best, but I must say that "i do not want.." remains, over time, the most moving. Over the years, "Sean Nos Nua" has proven to be, in my opinion, the most mature and vocally inspired.

If I had to choose an EBTG album, I would choose this one. Writing beautiful songs is very difficult, but creating a cohesive and tight album is even harder. I care little about what kind of "concept" studio work went into it. The truth is that when I play it, I know I'm about to embark on a 45-minute journey into the land of formal elegance. Truly an album that "smells" good.
