After the procedure, the woman decides to stay in the hospital and gets: liposuction on her abdomen and thighs, a facelift, new breasts, collagen in her upper lip, implants to lift her buttocks, and even has two ribs removed to achieve a slimmer waist...
She leaves the hospital, squeezed into a Gucci dress and 12 cm heels... stunning. She crosses the street and... gets run over by a truck!
She finds herself in front of God:

Beautiful review! I don't follow black metal much, but I've listened to this album a lot. I remember my favorite was "Yggdrasil"; nonetheless, it's a great album with mystical atmospheres and titles that are unpronounceable and difficult to even copy (back then there were double MCs...).

Well... at first glance, I'm thinking of "L' Avvelenata" and "Il Vecchio E Il Bambino" by Guccini, "Il Giorno Del Sole" by Negazione, "Il Pescatore" and "Fiume Sand Creek" (De Andrè), "Troppo Lontano" (Kina), "Sulla Strada" (Fratelli Di Soledad), "Ed io" and "Joe Mitraglia" by Nomadi... who knows.
