The review isn't bad, maybe the ending is a bit ambiguous because it seems to refer to the whole group. I haven't listened to this album, but I'd say that Melt-Banana makes good stuff, though they've never really excited me much.

Welcome to Debaser, this is not a review (perhaps) but simply an introduction. Try again next time.

A nice album, but I don't consider it a masterpiece; this applies in general to the career of this band, which I have always found talented but a bit overrated.

I didn't like this review very much, to be honest. I only remember the title track from this album when it was released, and then I forgot about it.

It's the first time I've had the chance to comment on one of your reviews; I'm honored, and all of us at Debaser are happy to have found you again among the DeRecensori. It's also a way to learn and improve.

The fact that aesthetics matter more than content is sad; you are absolutely right. I can't present any specific technical reasons because I'm just an amateur strummer, self-taught to boot. You are left-handed, which is not an excuse; in fact, there are those who have demonstrated that being left-handed is an advantage (not just in music). With that movement I explained, I wanted to point out something: at certain moments you placed the pick on the highest string and simply lowered your hand so that the pick touched all the strings, and you repeated this several times. Allow me to say that something like this does not enhance the artistic content; it gave me a really bad impression, and I was left in shock. You might say to me: What should I have done? Some super solo to show how good I am? Of course not. The contrast with Chimenti is telling; the accompanist tried to enrich the sound with something beautiful yet not complicated. With little, he managed to add that extra touch; I wasn't expecting the moon. I hope to see you on another occasion, perhaps with Petrina, and say in the end that the evening in Botticino was just a negative moment. I wish you all the best.

Good evening. Let’s address the criticism you raised: “You don’t know how to write.” That may be true; everyone makes mistakes, and there are certainly some in this review as well. The important thing is to be aware of them and to be able to self-criticize. I would like to point out that you claim I did not provide arguments; I can do that now, and it’s not a problem. In exchange, I would appreciate it if you could explain the reasons that lead you to say I don’t know how to write. That would make it even.

Let’s return to the Live show. During Saturday’s performance, he played two instruments: guitar and bass. I described the bass performance as mediocre because I saw an accompaniment that did not fully enhance Petrina’s piano work. It seemed to me like a lackadaisical attitude on his part, as if he were doing the bare minimum and not seeking that little extra something that would improve the pieces. When he picked up the guitar, I didn’t see the things I had noticed previously; instead, I saw a motionless guitarist next to a pianist, moving his hand back and forth with the pick, plucking the strings from top to bottom. Something clunky, like an assembly line. Perhaps I misjudged, but allow me to express my impressions. I thank you for your intervention and await your response.

Sorry, ugly receipt. The album is nice, although I don’t consider it a 5-star one because a couple of tracks didn’t turn out very well; on the other hand, there are some truly great songs, including a simply stunning version of Auschwitz.

I agree, the cover really sucks.

On Hell's question, we need good Ardalo (who will show up sooner or later). The second question, on the other hand, is interesting.
