In my opinion, ABBA is a fascinating phenomenon in music: when you hear their songs, they might seem like commercial trash, yet they managed to make them irresistible, but not in the pathetic sense of the word; it’s a hypnotic charm. A musical and artistic phenomenon that is almost immortal and also hard to criticize. They evoked a kind of bipartisan love.

Well done, a very personal review. Great job. I'm a big fan of Lynch but I was never taken by this film at first sight; personally, I prefer "Blue Velvet" (which hasn't been reviewed, if I'm not mistaken) and "Mulholland Drive."
