Minidiscs! What a thing... Once at a friend's house, I even saw a player; I almost got excited.

But how much does "L'erba di Grace" hit? I don't give the album a 5 because listening to it from start to finish is quite a challenge, but it's really something original and well made even though it lacks a bit of the surprise factor after the explosion of the "truce" horrorcore (which is, in terms of quality, completely different). For example, the cover reminds me a lot of "Verano Zombie" by Noyz Narcos.

Album listened to and forgotten at the speed of light. The part describing the individual songs is pretty much useless.

A truly excellent review for one of the best albums of last year. I like that there isn't a final paragraph to sum things up. At most, you didn't mention the really bizarre lyrics full of complicated words, but whatever. I saw them live, and they were quite composed, not doing anything surprising (considering the already surprising album) but still very worthy. My favorite math-pop-prog-funk-wave album.

What an exaggeration, come on. It may not be the album of the year (2010), but it's more than sustainable synthpop. It's not like they sounded like Agoraphobic Nosebleed on "Melody of Certain Damaged Lemons" (2000) and then switched to this "chill-out for wimps" sound within a year. Not at all.

I'm hearing it now... Fucking genius. It's also very, very catchy. I love pop-punk and the early albums of Strapping Young Lad, and stuff like this really pumps me up.

Freaks! in the end was an interesting experiment. Technically perfect but with a ridiculous script that was often simply boring and a pathetic performance. Considering it was a production by passionate young people (average age 20), one can't be too harsh, though: at least I managed to watch it without excessive pain, keeping its limits in mind. Something good will come out of it in the future.
