Poletti, instead of wasting all this time on The Simpsons, watch a real movie, maybe "Two-Lane Blacktop" or "Dog Day Afternoon"... I get the impression you talk a lot about cinema, but you have a ton of gaps to fill.

How difficult it is to do something new today and how easy it is to pass it off as new.

@poletti your dazzling review has resulted in making the debaserians understand that this is a film that does NOT ask to be OVERRATED but that ONLY you insist on overrated. You make a bold comparison with American Beauty, but that one is bitter and tragic in painting the portrait of American society. In this one, the pathetic messy loser triumphs and saves the community; he is the true hero—an ordinary man, the real family man who Americans love, just like the clumsy husband-007 Schwarzy in True Lies. In the end, as master Zappa says: America drinks and go home.........

A good movie to watch with the whole family, grandparents included, at Christmas...

Superfuzz Bigmuff (the name of two ear-splitting amplifier models) is just an EP with six beautiful tracks. The first album is self-titled...I dare anyone to say it's flannel-grunge.

The best film by Spielberg, in my humble opinion and preference, is Sugarland Express.

...grunge revival???? If Mudhoney are grunge, then so are Blue Cheer...
This is the most "refined" (ahem) album by Mudhoney.

Most Illustrious Judge Woodcock, having frequented the courts from the other side of the barricade, I remind you that it is indeed true that the law states that one who was under the age of 14 at the time of the act is not imputable (and therefore incapable of understanding and willing), but it is also true that between the ages of 14 and 18 one must be judged on a case-by-case basis and according to the crime committed. Given this premise, let us hypothesize that the author of "ciucciatemelo frocetti" is, say, 16 years old; what then shall we do? Allow him to overcome the barrier you have set at 14?

...of course, with Seger you don’t have to rack your brain too much to get creative; he doesn’t offer many surprises from one album to the next... once you’ve heard one, you know what the others are like.
