This is the list of the 100 most influential films in the history of cinema, through suggestions, observations, reflections, reconsiderations, that have almost substantially changed the previous list, making it, in my opinion, more precise and accurate. New films have been added (undeservedly overlooked in the first list), some have been removed, and directors have appeared who, earlier, due to haste and inattention, I had not considered.

  1. The Simpson Movie (by David Silverman, 2007)
  2. Citizen Kane (by Orson Welles, 1941)
  3. Modern Times (by Charles Spencer Chaplin, 1936)
  4. North by Northwest (by Alfred Hitchcock, 1959)
  5. 8 ½ (by Federico Fellini, 1963)
  6. Touch Of Evil (by Orson Welles, 1958)
  7. 2001: A Space Odyssey (by Stanley Kubrick, 1968)
  8. Some Like It Hot (by Billy Wilder, 1959)
  9. Stagecoach (by John Ford, 1939)
  10. Greed (by Erich von Stroheim, 1924)
  11. City Lights (by Charles S.Chaplin, 1931)
  12. Andrei Rubliov (by Andrej Tarkovskij, 1969)
  13. Jalsaghar (by Satyajit Ray, 1958)
