Naked City Grand Guignol

Well, it's kind of a story about Naked City, very focused on Zorn (of course) and on "Torture Garden," highlighting among other things that while Grind had a strong innovative charge, this music was even more brilliant. The issue of BlowUp... depends on you, of course :) I always buy it regardless, you never know.

Nice review, ege. Between you and zigghio, you both piqued my curiosity; hearing about avant-garde and slow makes me really eager to listen to them, talking about psychedelia and ambient a bit less :) I'm going to look them up now.

Hey rob, what a great suggestion. I've never heard of you, but you really seem interesting, you mention some nice names, even though I never loved Beta Band as much as I could have. Samples?

Good job as always humax... you don't review any groups unless they have "The" in their name, right? ;) I'll tell you that the Strokes are the ones that annoy me the least among all these little bands; but I still have to listen to the Libertines... uh... ;-P

It seems interesting, melancholic, sweet, poetic, simple voice. Samples?

Well. Here we are at certain levels. Excellent review. For those interested, there is a nice article about it in this month's BlowUp.

Hey lady, of course I'm sending it to you by mail, just like I would send you the one from Jarcrew that's been ready for months, if you would just send me your address... And come on, give me that address, will you? :)

But listen to the whole thing, though; I know it sounds like pop for goldfish at first.
