I don't know, the last Holiday Village I attended was near Palermo and there was an entertainer with blue eyes and a bandana who sang Bennato, Venditti, and Battisti and was devoured by a thousand young girls with their eyes :D

Good job, psycho as always, but my silly little self doesn’t find much to say about the current psychedelia, unless we’re talking about light neo-psychedelia of course (like Spiritualized or Mercury Rev to be clear).

I'll tell you honestly, Jim, maybe the parallel should really be limited to just a couple of pieces, and I'm not even sure about Mountain Of Regret (I'm going by memory)... as soon as I get back home, I'll listen to it again and let you know :) But right now I'm listening to Octopus by Barrett and it solidifies what I've written; I just need to find the title by Graham Coxon that corresponds to it.

I've always forgotten to come back here. I bought the album and liked it a lot, but only for a short time. I recently dusted it off and noticed in certain tracks (like Mountain Of Regret) a remarkable similarity to the mad hatter from 1970... I'm amazed that no one has mentioned it yet. Anyway, Do What You're Told To and especially Good Times are my favorites, from me, myself & josi.
