Tom Waits Mule Variations
Voto:
This record is essential: Tom Waits leaves Island and turns to a small record label specializing in punk or similar products. Finally free, Waits records his most beautiful album since "Swordfishtrombones," a dirty and definitive blue, the music of the Devil according to Tom Waits. Records like this, at the end of the century, have been truly rare. The review is a triplione (a word just invented), and it’s short and skimpy, yet still quite immersive.

Well, sorry, but this is crap (the reviewer and the album). You asked for it.
Franco Battiato Mondi Lontanissimi

Sorry, I would like to remind everyone that on DeBaser the following individual, Floyd, just remarked that Battisti sucks because he's from the right (kudos for the musical analysis!) and that he musically made songs with the same three chords, and that the Beatles were just four other idiots. My Generation instead asserts that Bruce Springsteen is the American Vasco Rossi. But for the love of God, can you say something to these two morons? Or do you have to hassle me for a lifetime for a mistake?
Tom Waits Heartattack And Vine

Less beautiful and perfect than "Blue Valentine," but definitely a great album, one of Waits' best.
Lucio Battisti Il Gabbianone

Oh yes, Isis always doubts the scraps, unless they come from that "genius" (genius in quotes) Faust'o, who, as he talks about himself, seems like the greatest musician to have ever appeared on Earth.

This shocks me, I was unaware of its existence, I’m going to retrieve it right away... The hidden pearls of Battisti, let alone foreign music...
