A lovely reading - as always zigghio - and a conclusion that deserves applause, there's no denying it.
Franz Ferdinand You Could Have It So Much Better
Voto:
Indeed, it's true that sometimes people exaggerate, at times for the better, other times for the worse. In this regard, the passage of time helps to have a perhaps more balanced view of things. I didn't listen to their first album for long; I didn’t dislike it at first, but I set it aside quite quickly. This one, if I have the chance, I’ll borrow it, and then we’ll see. Fix the pc easy. Bye :)

I liked Walter Salles' film, perhaps because it has the charm of a road movie, but also because the landscapes of Latin America were depicted in truly stunning photographs, those that make you want to jump on the first plane. Another reason is that it tells the story of a man's transition from youth to maturity in light of his experiences. The music in this context supports the themes very well: memories, nostalgia, but also celebration. For example, the beginning of the album on one hand reminds me of the idea of travel, while on the other hand I imagined the sound of the guitar could symbolize the rupture of passing from one era of life to another... but perhaps I'm just indulging in fervent fantasies. I listened to the album a lot about a year ago. While it may not be essential, I believe everyone should at least give it a listen. Great choice, betotal (but does the nickname come from the medication?) Hi!

In fact, such a harsh judgment towards this album was certainly unkind. If I could, I would give it a harmless 3.5 debaserian, but I’ll bring it to 4 to align with your evaluation. I’ve included a couple of samples; among them, I picked the two tracks I remember most fondly. Hello, fellow objector ante consulta :)
Fog 5 questions to Andrew Broder

Indeed, the last answer seemed to me more like an elegant way of not answering the question than a concise response. Anyway, the 5 questions are always nice, well done Josi_. As for the meaning of liberal, I'm not sure, but I believe the term identifies the left wing of the Democrats, though it might mean something else. Maybe someone else can help you better than I can with the translation. Bye :)

From the cover, I would have never thought it was a pop rock album. Never trust appearances? I'm waiting for the homage to Brian Wilson Socrates, you've said it now :)

Another album that seems interesting, but that I will never listen to.
Paul McCartney Chaos And Creation In The Backyard
Voto:
I didn't know it had already been released; otherwise, I would have listened to it. I read some positive things about it a while ago, and I'm interested, even though for me to call Paul McCartney "the greatest living songwriter" is perhaps excessive. After all, in his career, he's also done some rather mediocre things. It's curious that just yesterday they aired yet another episode of The Simpsons featuring "guest star" McCartney himself explaining to Lisa that by playing some of his records backwards, you can hear the recipe for lentil soup. Genius, Groening. Yes, I know it has nothing to do with the review, but oh well. Bye :)
