  And the Incubus that were, where do you place them? Did you forget about them? At this point, at the top of the list - as they have long surpassed the repetitiveness of new metal and therefore don't deserve just that label - I would put Deftones and SOAD.

  Despite loving them, the nu metal Incubus have, in the truest sense of the word, only released two albums. But now that I think about it, who cares, I’ll add them anyway :) I never really liked the System that much, just personal taste.

  Tastes. "Get Some" is a great album but Primer55, Spineshank, and Taproot also released great albums (it's just that they have less cool names and nobody cares about them :D)

    Well, the Taproot have never really said anything to me, I don't know the Primer55 and Spineshank, so it's better if I stay quiet :D

  I see the Deftones in the so-called nu metal like cabbage for breakfast... Maybe Adrenaline at times could remind you of something by Korn, but other than that, I wouldn’t mix them up too much...

  I understood Nu Metal as a current/movement. Even Incubus and Papa Roach are not very related, but they were born following those sounds.
