Красно-жёлтые дни

RED-YELLOW DAYS

My train is held at the depot,
I leave again, it’s time,
On the threshold the wind waits for me,
Around the corner, autumn, my companion,

After the red-yellow days
Winter will begin and end.
My head is bursting with pain,
Don’t be sad, strive to be happier,
And I will return home
With a shield, or on someone’s account,
With silver, or maybe in poverty,
But I will do it as soon as possible.

Talk to me about those who are tired,
From the ruthless street dramas,
And the temple of broken hearts,
And about those who go to this temple.

And I dreamed: love rules the world,
And I dreamed: the world is ruled by aspirations.
And above this a star shines magnificently,
I woke up and understood...tragedy

WITCH DOCTORS - I'M SO RESTLESS.wmv

In a remarkable time of “welcome back pippe” - I admit I wasn’t really feeling it anymore - I listened to (re)discovered garage bands with heart and soul, influenced by everything from beat to punk, psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, rockabilly to mod, even soul and hard rock. In short, the essence of rock and roll, from true beasts to the wild scream of “screw your virtuosic and lightning-fast scales and your four-octave vocal range bullshit.” Since 1990, with a few returns of old relics, savansadir.

So here I could play all of Kriminal and Satanik.
A unique album from a cheerful band of bandits “one of the best garage albums of the eighties released in the nineties,” with plenty of Vox, vintage psychedelia, and beat. An album that truly enters the earliest realms of the genre. I didn’t know it,
@[DaniP] and
@[imasoulman] probably do. If not, it’s a must-have for “home.” Unfortunately, I can only find one track, beautiful but the most predictable of the 16, if I remember correctly.

"Anywhere" - The Hentchmen (2004)

The Hentchmen "Poor Sherilee"

In a remarkable period of "welcome back nonsense" - I admit I wasn’t feeling it anymore - I listened to (re)discovered garage bands with soul and blood, with, as usual, the most diverse influences from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, from rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock 'n' roll from real beasts to the wild scream of “fuck your virtuosic and lightning-fast scales and your four-octave vocal range bullshit.” Since 1990 and onwards, with some revivals of old geezers, savansadir.

Some I can’t find and not even the whole album... but they’re good, savansadir...
