Australian clone of Nick Drake….nice, come on.

AORTA - SELFTITLED FIRST FULL ALBUM - U S UNDERGROUND - 1968
This album is one of those sonic gems very simply hidden by records that are certainly beautiful but many times not even worthy of shining their shoes.
We are somewhere in the U.S.A. in the year of grace 1968. They go by the name Aorta, which is also the title of this work.
Aorta, very evocative. Late psychedelia and the first cries of proto-progressive in a splendid creation that I feel compelled to recommend to those who are not yet familiar with this luminous page.
@[IlConte] if you don’t know it, take my advice, and this invitation is open to anyone wanting to be cradled in time. Perhaps there is no review.

Grand Funk Railroad - Loneliest Rider

My favorite ignorants
#ungrandfunkperalbum (9)

Last great album from the Nobilissimi. Many super tracks, but I choose this one, if I'm not mistaken, a tribute to his ethnicity and his dear grandmother from the half-Indian Farmer.

Van Morrison - Wild Night (1971) A song that is pure joy of living. The only flaw: it lasts 3 and a half minutes instead of 30 and a half as it rightfully should.

@[ALFAMA] today I was listening to the album again and you came to mind. This track, in particular. I don’t know why Irrintzi

#MY2018 °°°° Dakota Suite, Dag Rosenqvist and Emanuele Errante - Now I'm Lost
The traces of a recent passage on fresh snow, if a little time passes, I look back, gone. The beauty of this record is the lack of a certain definition, a definition that loses meaning with the subsequent minutes of listening. The slow demise of a warm Slow Core by Dakota Suite, floating like flakes of ambient landscapes dancing down with delicate electronic currents. On the snow, we move forward convinced but looking back the once clear tracks disappear, the path fades away, the sense of security, covered by new sounds, traces perhaps never left, a warm disorientation is what makes the listening captivating. When the final result exceeds the sum of the individual elements creating something unexpected, an enchanting surprise.

Tom Odell - Another Love (Official Video)

I brought you daffodils in a pretty string
but they won't flower like they did last spring...

Panna Fredda - La Paura An album that is certainly not masterful, but this track is worth rediscovering! It's a shame about "Un Re Senza Reame," which literally reuses the mellotron phrase from "Heaven" by Gracious...
