Dead Meadow - "1000 Dreams" But at some point, if you need to do the track with a lot of "singing," get yourself a damn singer. The piece is nice, but if Mark Lanegan had been there, it would have been beautiful.

C'era una volta in america finale Sergio Leone (1 of 3) #35mm starting with the easiest of all, my favorite, his great final masterpiece, the best, the most obvious one to put on this hypothetical and bloody podium. @[zappp] @[dsalva] enjoy.

Translating is always betraying. 9) His Name Is Andrew
David Ackles - His name is Andrew

His name is Andrew.
He works in a canning factory and has no friends. He has chosen to wait alone for his life to end.
When Andrew was just a boy, he knew the words to all the hymns by heart. He sang them on Sunday and then again on Monday. And in April and May.
And he heard those words repeated: God is love, God is love.
And he believed it.
This child was Andrew.
He had lived in a world of innocence, the lion bared its teeth at him, and he sang in the arms of God.
Then the wind hummed his song, and when Andrew became an adult at twenty-one, he drifted away from God, wondering what he had done.
Because he still sang his hymns every Sunday but then remained confused until Monday. There was silence in his head.
And jokingly he said: God redeems, God redeems.
And he believed it.
This man was Andrew.
Then a voice reached him that seemed full of calm, bringing him back to the arms of Grace. But he got lost in dark thickets, towards a nighttime place.
And when Andrew returned to love the light, he raised his voice again to sing in the night.
But the Sunday preacher had heard him singing on Monday and stopped him with a word.
And in the darkness, he heard a voice: God is dead, God is dead.
And he believed it.
My name is Andrew, and I work in a canning factory. I have no friends because I chose to wait alone for my life to end.

Djokovic batte Federer in cinque set e conquista Wimbledon per la 5^ volta | Sky Sport
Never has he deserved it more...
I've never seen Roger like this, physically.
I thought he would be out in the semifinals. Incredible recoveries, he kept it competitive in two matches in 3 days against two phenomenal players in that regard. Unbelievable. Unfortunately, he got tight in the decisive points... that's his only flaw, it happens to him sometimes. But that's Tennis, watching him play is a joy.
It won't be the same when he retires.

Throbbing Gristle - Tesco Disco A remarkable track both in this instrumental version (Live at the Crypt) and in the "sung" one (Live at the Rat Club). It is not present on any album, but it definitely should and could have been part of the trivial "D.0.A."

Clutch - Land Of Pleasant Living
Great band, I'm going through their entire discography...
A great track, a preview of what White’s Ferry will be.
Piano/forte, Light/heavy, Slow/fast... the mix of extremes as the Masters have taught...
