Have you ever seen those beautiful women that you drool over, whom you would do anything for, and then you see them without makeup?
Well, this is the effect that some Beatles covers have on me.
Like this one: Auscultate - Love Me Do (2000) (I mean, look, the Bìtolz reimagined in Gregorian chant! Awesome!).
But the thing is, many (too many) have fallen for the cockroaches. Everyone wanted to do a Beatles cover, trying to put their own spin on it, leading to the most absurd things: ukuleles, hard rock guitars, screams, shamefully translated lyrics, yodeling, symphonic orchestras...
Here are two of the ugliest covers (and they were done by two heavyweight artists!)
