FANTASY - The Award (1973)
It might sound like something from the early Suede.
Or a bonus track from Hunky Dory...

Etienne de Crecy - Scratched (Official Video)

I pause the series of covers by the Liverpool baronets for a special edition. Dear old folks, this record just came out, only 23 years ago, but it's worth it, give yourself a listen to this french touch electro funk disco aus!

Bob Dylan - Going, Going, Gone (Official Audio)

one of the best solos by the good Robbie Robertson (and Planet Waves, a somewhat underrated album).

optic nerve I see the truth

During a remarkable period of “welcome back pippe” - I admit I was losing interest - I listened to, (re)discovered garage bands with soul and blood, with, as usual, the most diverse influences from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, from rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock and roll, from true beasts to the wild scream of “fuck your virtuosic and super-fast scales and your four-octave vocal range bullshit.” From 1990 onwards, with some revivals of old relics, savansadir.

One of the thousands of rock and roll stories. A bit too folk for me, but this one is magnificent…

Saba Lou - Novum Ovum (2019)
interesting view considering its origin

The Flakes - Back To School (Full Album)

In a remarkable period of "welcome back, wankers" - I admit I wasn’t feeling it anymore - I listened to, (re)discovered garage bands of pure soul and blood with, as per usual, a wide range of influences from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, from rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock and roll from true beasts to the wild scream of "screw your virtuosic and lightning-fast scales and your four octaves of vocal extension nonsense.” From 1990 onwards, with a few comebacks of old geezers, savansadir.

Fantasma - Linea 77
One of the most beautiful songs I listened to as a child, not realizing that those easy stories rot you from the inside.

Wes Montgomery Trio - Days of Wine and Roses

Wes Montgomery (5 out of 10)
"Days of Wine and Roses" from: Boss Guitar
1963 (Riverside)

David Bowie - Warszawa

Waiting for the tape to run, knowing that the time would come. Just to see you torn apart, witness to your empty heart. Seeing things in darkness, saw same instrument deep into body. No life underground, no life at all in the House of Dolls. (Curtis/Ka-Tzetnik 135633)

THE A BONES - button nose

During a remarkable period of "welcome back, jerks" — I admit I was no longer into it — I listened to, (re)discovered garage bands made of soul and blood, influenced as always by the most diverse genres from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B — rockabilly to mod, including soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock 'n' roll, from true beasts to the wild scream of "screw your virtuosic and ridiculously fast scales and your fucking 4-octave vocal range." Since 1990 and beyond, with a few comebacks of old geezers, savansadir.

2M8O - "S/T" (2023, full album)
boredom is the opposite of fun
the love of hate.
the darkness of black
silence noise
there are middle grounds
for some time now, I’ve lost these middle grounds. Middle grounds that make life interesting for months I've been in therapy because I want to try to end it all.
The psychologist, without major traumas, tries to convince me that even the others could be of a cosmic bicolor boredom, and so is there a way back? I can't retrieve what I adore. So, I'm making a list of only the sensations/emotions that I adore and I would like to bring them back with me, but that's not possible—I should forget them and those emotions have never existed. Love has never existed!
And Love? how can I forget that it ever existed? Is it worth living in a sphere that navigates devoid of perhaps the most human emotion alongside hate?
Sorry if it's confusing
