It’s an immense satisfaction... an unexpected gem.

This man may not be a genius, perhaps, but a monstrous artist.

Marc Almond's 'Stardom Road' is a surprising and refreshing comeback album after personal hardships and previous disappointments. Featuring mostly covers and one original, the album showcases his unique voice and artistic depth. Despite some minor weaker tracks, the album delivers well-arranged melodies and memorable performances. Collaborations add texture but the focus remains on Almond's remarkable vocal presence. A must-listen for longtime fans and newcomers alike. Listen to Marc Almond’s 'Stardom Road' today and experience a stunning vocal comeback filled with heartfelt covers and timeless charm.

Cale performs with that detached vigor that is his true trademark, he takes the songs we all know and creates something new each time.

After gifting us with one great album after another, here John Cale leaves us with an exceptional document, a straightforward but absolutely valuable performance.

John Cale's 'Circus' is a live album showcasing his exceptional musical talent and timeless rock sound. Recorded during his 2004 and 2006 tours, it delivers unique and inspired performances of both Velvet Underground classics and his own milestones. The album captures a rich, clean rock sound with genuine emotional vigor. Accompanied by a bonus DVD, 'Circus' is a valuable, must-have document for fans of Cale's artistry. Listen to John Cale's Circus and experience the timeless rock genius live in action!

Ferry, as always, shows he loves the material and makes it his own, but this time I’d say with reservations.

The album slides down to 'All Along The Watchtower' without surprises and without jolts.

Bryan Ferry’s Dylanesque offers polished and lush reinterpretations of Bob Dylan classics from the 1960s. The album starts strong with standout tracks like "Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues" and "Simple Twist Of Fate," but lacks surprising or bold moments on bigger hits. While Ferry’s voice remains exceptional and the arrangements elegant, the album plays it somewhat safe and mannered. It remains a good album, appreciated by fans, but falls short of delivering a truly masterful tribute. Discover Bryan Ferry’s unique take on Dylan classics—listen to Dylanesque and explore a refined homage to timeless songs.

One would really have expected something more from this "decent but unremarkable" album.

I expected the energy of Funhouse and found the B-sides of Ugly Kid Joe.

The Weirdness marks The Stooges' long-awaited reunion album after nearly 30 years. Although expected to deliver raw and fiery punk energy, the album falls short, presenting a tired and uninspired sound. Fans hoping for a powerful continuation of their legacy are left disappointed by lackluster compositions and diminishing creative sparks. Despite professional production from Steve Albini, the album fails to ignite the passion characteristic of their earlier work. Read our full review to see why The Stooges' comeback album 'The Weirdness' didn’t meet fans' high expectations.
