"Lie In Our Graves" w/ Derek Trucks - Dave Matthews Band - 6/7/22 -[Multicam/HQ-Audio]- Jacksonville
starting from minute 2:58, there's the undeniable proof of why Dereck Trucks is the greatest living guitarist!!
By the way: I think DMB live has really few comparisons.

#2022 the best -
The Texan Band has been a solid guarantee of good old and healthy rock for almost thirty years, independent enough. After quite a long break, they return with an album that finds them in splendid form. And then, how can you resist certain temptations, especially when you find them on the couch -

Dan Bejar is one of those few contemporary artists for whom the title of Genius doesn’t seem exaggerated or out of place.
With every new release, he manages to astonish with his work of creation and annihilation, structuring and deconstructing, rules and anarchy.
Yet, in the end, it’s just pop.

Steve Wynn is someone who never dies.
Since the 2017 reunion, he has practically hit a home run every time.
Even though this album represents a step back from the sublime psychedelic intoxications of Trese Times and especially The Universe Inside, S.W. is such a high-level songwriter that he can't help but reach peaks of excellence even in his more ordinary records. The same goes for the band that accompanies him.

For at least a quarter of a century, Drive-By Truckers have held the reins of modern Southern Rock with a firm hand. A solid and effervescent band, yet simultaneously capable of evoking powerful narrative suggestions. Welcome 2 the Club XIII represents the anxieties, hopes, and dreams of a band performing in unlikely venues and the diverse array of characters that frequent them. The final result does not always manage to escape a certain sense of flatness, but from a narrative standpoint, this album comes close to masterpieces like Southern Rock Opera or American Band.

#2022 the best - I had the impression that the last records by Band Of Horses were a bit flat, lackluster. This one from 2022, in my opinion, is much more than decent. In fact, I would say it is excellent.

Strawberry Moon
Maybe a couple of her albums are even superior to this, but those are masterpieces.
This is a more serene and relaxed album, which speaks of a past danger, of a tragedy averted.
And then, Alela Diane's voice has that kind of magic in it that to express it one should invoke almost unmentionable names.

Their 2021 mini LP was an amazing record, probably the album of the year.
The 2022 LP fully confirms the maturity of this surprising band of young veterans.
Black Country, New Road - 'Bread Song' (Official Audio)

Tori Amos - Silent All These Years (Official Music Video)
Pure talent like the most precious of crystals.

Cirano -
... It's that today I feel this way. Just so you know.

Slapp Happy - Europa
Never appreciated as they should be

Lennie Tristano - Tangerine (Copenhagen '65)
The blind pianist who taught Jazz
