A record halfway between the orgiastic and the mescaline trip. "Oh Yeah" is my favorite. A masterpiece, even though I think I’m one of the few people in the world who prefers Ege Bamyasi to this.

From the review, it seems like a really interesting record. The cover is also very beautiful. I'll see about getting it.

Awful review. Pfm has never excited me; I prefer other progressive bands, even Italian ones.
Queens Of The Stone Age Lullabies To Paralyze
Voto:
The best album by Queens of the Stone Age. No bullshit, this album is terrifying, it’s no longer stoner rock, it’s simply QOFS, but every song throws you off. The fact that it doesn’t have the sonic punch of the others doesn’t mean it’s worse.

"the quite talented Daniel Day-Lewis is a bit too much of a show-off"-------> What? What the hell does that mean?
Paco de Lucia Fuente y caudal
Voto:
Damn, what a great proposal and an excellent review. I've always promised myself to get something more by De Lucia sooner or later compared to the little I already knew, I'd say you've given me the cue. And I've always loved flamenco guitar technique, even though I can't afford it.

Saw it on Sunday: a bomb of a movie, it really feels like being in front of a masterpiece from another era (apart from the cinematography, which has a very modern touch). There are some epic sequences, and great performances, as well as a truly unique and haunting soundtrack. SO COOL.
