Rino's songs made complete sense... but this sense is masked by art, and only those who are able to recognize this art can grasp its meaning...

Bennato and Gaetano are incomparable. The former is an excellent singer-songwriter, cutting, but certainly not like Rino Gaetano! Rino had his own style, a way of writing and interpreting songs that at the time and even today has never been seen; he was a breath of fresh air. Gaetano was the only one capable of writing seemingly carefree songs with serious themes; he was the songwriter of paradox, and through that he managed to tell the most serious things while masking them with irony, yet still making you think. In his way, he was an innovator, thus a Genius.

Perhaps the greatest singer-songwriter of all time, but definitely one of the greatest artists and figures in Italy... he has never compromised and despite his success, he has always tried to fight this sick system... the only truly genuine successful singer-songwriter at 100%... for this reason, he deserves all the respect of ordinary people, as well as mine!

I think Rino Gaetano was unique as a songwriter, with a style all his own. I believe he is a brilliant singer for one simple reason: he is the only one capable of writing protest songs that you can dance to and sing at the top of your lungs with friends... you dance, you sing, you laugh, and you reflect, and after reflecting, you should cry! In short, no one has managed to seriously joke around like Rino until now.

The Queen indeed didn't invent much or anything at all... but they were great assemblers of music, absolutely the greatest. In fact, their talent doesn't lie in inventing something but in taking all those musical innovations of the time and assembling them with their style and sound, merging into a unique music that cannot be categorized; it's neither rock nor pop, neither heavy nor hard rock... love it or hate it, Queen created their own category, drawing upon many different genres and managing to create something unique.

Great film, but Massimo Troisi cannot be compared to the actors you mentioned (Aldo, Giov, Giac, Verdone, Albanese, Benigni, etc.). Troisi wasn't just an actor, he was so much more, the greatest talent Italy has ever known in my opinion. I will never get tired of watching Ricomincio da 3! I went to see it in the cinema a whole 5 times! In a cinema in Rome, they showed it for a whole year, it was an unparalleled success. So many laughs and so much melancholy in that film, every time I saw it in the cinema at the end of the film, everyone left with tears in their eyes from laughing! Massimo, you are the greatest!
